Creamy pork fillet pasta

A cold day with non stop rain called for a nice creamy and spicy pasta.


Pork fillet cut in to fine strips, fried with red onions, garlic and a mix of sweet pointed peppers, a glass of white wine to reduce then a tin of peeled plum tomatoes, lazy chillies and creme cheese. Finished off with a large bunch of fresh basil and served with Fusili Pugliese Tris.


And of course as much grated Parmesan as you want!
