Västerbottens cheese waffles with Skagen

I love waffles but I prefer a savoury one. This is a super easy recipe where Västerbottens cheese is added to the waffle mix. Here served with a Skagen mix, prawns, red onion, fresh dill in Creme fraiche.

You can have this either as a light lunch but it's also great as a starter!
